WASHINGTON — Have you seen this girl? Detectives with the Metropolitan Police Department are asking for the public's help in locating missing 11-year-old Kenya Jones, who was last seen in the 5300 block of Blaine Street, Northeast on Tuesday.
Police say Kenya Jones is described as a Black girl, 4-foot-11, 115 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black pants, a black hoodie with "I can't breathe" written on the front, black/grey sneakers, and carrying a pink/blue/black backpack. Kenya was last seen at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday morning.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call detectives at 202-576-6768 or the Command Information Center at 202-727-9099. Anonymous information can be forwarded to the Department's Tip Line by texting 50411.
This missing persons case is being investigated by MPD's Youth and Family Division Services.
