Police search for missing 12-year-old last seen on Jan. 28

Miracle Plummer was last seen in the 600 block of Maryland Avenue in Southwest D.C. around 7 p.m. Sunday.

WASHINGTON — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 12-year-old girl who has not been seen since Sunday.

According to the Metropolitan Police Department, Miracle Plummer was last seen in the 600 block of Maryland Avenue in Southwest D.C. around 7 p.m. on January 28. She is listed as critically missing. 

Miracle is described as a 12-year-old Black girl. She stands just over five feet tall and weighs 90 pounds. She may be wearing a black sweatsuit, black coat and multi-colored (black, red and white) Jordan sneakers. 

Her disappearance is being investigated by the MPD's Youth and Family Services Division. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Command Center at (202) 727-9099 or by texting the department's tip line at 50411.
