Man injured in parking lot shooting outside Jasper's restaurant in Largo

LARGO, Md. — An investigation is underway in Largo after a shooting in the parking lot of Jasper's restaurant on Sunday left one man injured.

At 7:32 p.m., officers with the Prince George's County Police Department were called to the 9640 Lottsford Road in Largo for a shooting. At the scene, officers determined a shooting happened in the parking lot of the restaurant. Police say the victim was not at Jasper's restaurant when they arrived. He was taken to an area hospital after the shooting in a private car and may have allegedly driven himself. His current condition remains unknown

Police have not yet identified any suspects or persons of interest in this shooting. The motive is unknown at this time.

The investigation into the shooting is active and ongoing.
