Each season has five to six episodes and has showcased cities such as Lisbon, Portugal; Cape Town, South Africa; Seoul, South Korea; and Hawaii so far.

WASHINGTON — The cuisine of the nation's capital will be spotlighted in the newest season of a Netflix series this year.

"Somebody Feed Phil," a travel documentary show, that showcases food while touring a featured city has been renewed for a seventh season, and a first look clip was released on Monday. In the description comes some hints at what the new episodes will hold.

"From Dubai to D.C., Phil travels the globe with a smile as he savors local cuisine and culture," the show description said.

So, we know D.C. will be showcased, but it is unknown at this time what locations and types of food will be featured.

The star of the show, other than the food, is "Everybody Loves Raymond" creator Phil Rosenthal who travels the globe -- taking in the local tastes, culture, and spotlighting charities and nonprofits of the area.

Each season has five to six episodes and has showcased cities such as Lisbon, Portugal; Cape Town, South Africa; Seoul, South Korea; Santiago, Chile; and Hawaii so far.

Season seven will be coming to the platform on March 1, according to Netflix's website.
