WASHINGTON — D.C. Police are looking for a missing 14-year-old girl from Northeast.
Arshay Costley was last seen in the 900 block of K Street, Northeast on Saturday.
Police described Costley as a black female with a medium complexion. She's 4-foot-11, weighs 89 lbs and has black hair and brown eyes. Police said she was last seen wearing black jeans, a black coat and black shoes.
