Police arrest second person in Hybla Valley gun store burglary

The other suspect in the case was identified after being arrested at the New Carrollton Metro station on the afternoon the crime took place.

HYBLA VALLEY, Va. — A 27-year-old is facing multiple charges after allegedly being one of two thieves that managed to get away with several guns in a Hybla Valley store robbery. It happened around 2 a.m. on Feb. 29.

Through a police investigation into the burglary at H&F Arms, a gun store located at 7524 Richmond Highway, warrants were obtained for 22-year-old Oscar Morales Toro on the afternoon of the crime. Toro was arrested at the New Carrollton Metro station by Metro Transit Police and he was possessing one of the stolen handguns. He faces charges of burglary, destruction of property, and six counts of grand larceny of a firearm, according to authorities.

On April 16, the Fairfax County Police Department announced that the second suspect in the case was identified as Antione Da Sean Moore, of Maryland. Detectives obtained warrants for burglary, destruction of property, and seven counts of grand larceny of a firearm.

Moore was arrested on March 26 by Prince George’s County Police Department on unrelated charges. Since, Moore has been extradited to Fairfax County and released on bond.
