More Sears and Kmart stores to close in Maryland
More Sears and Kmarts are on the chopping block. They include the Sears in Gaithersburg and a KMart across the Bay bridge in Stevensville. Nearly 100 stores are scheduled to close in December. That's despite a deal that was reached to keep Sears out of bankruptcy and keep about 400 of the stores open.
