WASHINGTON -- D.C. police need your help locating a missing 13-year-old.
Kamesha Flemming was last seen in the 3000 block of Q Street, Southeast, on Sunday, Dec. 9.
She is described as a black female, 5-feet-4-inches tall, weighing with black hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing a red shirt, burgundy pants, black sneakers and a black jacket.
