WASHINGTON -- Police are searching for a missing 16-year-old from Southeast, D.C.
Sharon Pratt was last seen in the 2300 block of Hartford Street, Southeast on Wednesday.
Pratt is described as a black male, dark complexioned, 5-feet-3 inches tall, 215 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black jeans and black shoes.
