Was acquiring a new backup point guard worth trading the Wizards only draft pick this year?

The Wizards dealt their second round pick, No. 52 overall, to the New Orleans Pelicans in exchange for the former Penn State guard after getting little to no production from John Wall's relievers throughout the season.

Frazier contributed 2.4 wins for the Pelicans last year while coming off the bench. That's more than all the Wizards backup point guards combined.
