Police in Fairfax County, Virginia are searching for a missing teen that has not been seen since April 22.
Richard Donaldo Hernandez Cruz, 16, was last seen in the 4900 block of Beauregard Street.
Police tweeted his status had changed to endangered "due to physical concerns based on new info developed by detectives."
The 16-year-old is 5'6" and 130 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.
