CLIFTON, VA -- A man who was reported missing over the weekend was found dead in a wooded area in Clifton, Va. on Monday night. Police are investigating the death as suspicious.
The man has been identified as 26-year-old James McDonald of Chantilly, Va. He was reported missing on Saturday, May 19. Police say he was last seen on Tuesday, May 15 by a family member.
McDonald was discovered on Monday night with trauma to the upper body. The cause of death is unknown at this time.
Police say detectives tracked the man's phone after he was reported missing and with the help of K9 rescue, found the body in the 6100 block of Union Village Drive.
