WOODBRIDGE, Va. — A Virginia man is facing charges after police say he shot another man during an argument over car parts.

According to the Prince William County Police Department, the argument happened at Aggressive Customs, a car wrapping service, in the 900 block of Highams Court in Woodbridge on March 4. Officers were called to the business just before 5:30 p.m.

Investigators say two men were arguing over vehicle parts when the suspect grabbed a gun and shot the other man.

The victims, a 43-year-old man, was an acquaintance of the suspect before the shooting, police say. He was treated at an area hospital and is expected to survive.

Police located the suspect, identified as 44-year-old Sang Kyun Oh, inside the business. He was taken into custody but wasn't charged until three days later following an investigation. Oh has been charged with malicious wounding, shooting within a building, and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
