WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- Five men and five women have been arrested in the District and are being charged with solicitation of prostitution, Metropolitan police said.
The arrests were made during a prostitution enforcement operation, authorities said. Five men and one woman was arrested on January 8. Four women were arrested on January 9.
All the arrests were made in the downtown area of D.C.
