ARLINGTON, Va. (WUSA) -- A man is being held without bond after a road rage incident got out of control on Wednesday.
Timothy Dubois, 55, is charged with malicious wounding, driving under the influence and assault and battery.
Police said they arrested Dubois at his home after investigating a report of a fight in the 800 block of S. 15 street around 8:20 p.m., Wednesday.
When officers arrived on the scene, they said they found a woman with various injuries, including a bite wound on her index finger. The paramedics treated her wounds on the scene.
