Ten people were without a home Wednesday night after high winds damaged the roof of their apartment complex.
It happened at a building on Cedar Street in the Takoma neighborhood in D.C.
DC Fire and EMS said a 'severe weather cell' hit the 12 unit apartment.
Some water got into the building and the roof of two porches were blown off.
No injuries were reported.
