Inspectors closed Cosmo Cafe, 600 Maryland Avenue, SE DC; Ninnella, 106 13th Street, SE DC; and D & K Mini Market, 3333 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, SE, DC. All passed a re-inspection and are back in business.

Cosmo Cafe located at 600 Maryland Street, SW DC is a place you can buy sushi and the lunch buffet by the pound.

It was closed in December 2013 with 13 violations including chicken soup, hamburger and chicken held at improper temperatures.
