WASHINGTON (WUSA9) -- What do hogs, a dragon, a little Roman general have in common? They're all part of today's Restaurant Alert.
Health inspectors temporarily closed: Little Caesar's inside Kmart, 4251 John Marr Drive, Annandale, Va, Hogs on the HIll, 9021 Woodyard Road, Clinton, Md., Dragon Express, 1855 7th Street, NW DC.
They all passed re-inspection and are back in business.

The Restaurant Alert shows the restaurant cited for violations including "cook cutting raw chicken with bare hands...presence of cockroaches found stuck under tape in handwashing signs, boxes under front counter, and on the floor near the walk in refrigerator...and mice droppings."

Inspectors ordered it temporarily closed "due to no certified food manager present" and "utensils were observed soiled to sight and touch."
Prince George's county hasn't gone digital, so we tracked down paperwork on the closure at Hogs on the Hill on Woodyard Road in Clinton.
The report states, "roaches were observed on the prep table, climbing on utensils, in the 3-part sink and behind wall paneling."
In a statement, Hogs on the Hill management said, "We have called an exterminator and it's all gone. It's clean and people can be safe."
