WASHINGTON -- The Metropolitan Police Department is searching for James Lipson, a 17-year-old boy from Southeast, D.C.
Police said Lipson was last seen in the 3900 block of Alabama Ave., Southeast on April 21. He was reported as missing on April 24.
A police report said Lipson is a black male with a medium-brown complexion. He's 5-feet-five-inches feet tall, weighs 150 lbs and has black hair and hazel eyes.
Lipson was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black shirt and black shoes, the police report said.
