WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department needs your help locating a missing 16-year-old.
Police say 16-year-old George Matthews-Carr was last seen in the 600 block of Quackenbos Street on Saturday.
George Matthews-Carr is described in a police report as a black male, medium complexioned, with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans with a blue dark blue jacket.
