FREDERICK, Md. — A Frederick man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Back on Feb. 12, a Frederick County Sheriff's deputy received a tip about a man regarding his possession of child pornography.
The sheriff's office said their investigation found that five indecent acts of child pornography videos were downloaded by the man.
On Wednesday, deputies searched the home of Bryan Peter Lowery, 37, who lives in the 5900 block of Ramseur Circle in Frederick. He was taken into custody without incident on five counts of possession of child pornography.
Lowery was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center for booking.
