A counselor at an after-school program in Rockville was charged for inappropriately touching a five-year-old girl.
Raul Alejandro Ramos, 21, of Silver Spring was charged with sexual abuse of a minor and three counts of third-degree sexual offense.
Police say the incidents of abuse occurred between Aug. 29 to Oct. 31 while the victim was enrolled in the "Kids After Hours" at Flower Valley Elementary School located on Sunflower Drive. Police say the after-school program is not administrated by Montgomery County Public Schools.
The incident was reported on Oct. 31. Police say the five-year-old girl was inappropriately touched during a game of tag.
