Friday, December 20

Where: City Hall Courtyard, Frederick, MD
Remember what the season is all about at the Festival of Lights in Frederick, Maryland. Join the community's tradition of celebrating the festival of lights. Listen to carolers and be apart of a moving candlelight ceremony.
When: 7:15-9:30 p.m.
Where: McLean Bible Church, Tysons, Va
Stay warm while you enjoy beautiful Christmas lights! The McLean Bible Church in Tysons will be hosting one of the last nights of their Christmas Drive-through lightshow. See spectacular lights as the holiday season reaches its peak.
When: 4-7 p.m.
Where: Flight Deck at National Harbor
Did you know December 20th is National Ugly Sweater Day? Well, now you do! Celebrate it at The Flight Deck at the Capital Wheel down at National Harbor. If you wear an ugly Christmas sweater, you will get a free Capital Wheel IPA or glass of wine!
Saturday, December 21
When: 5-7 p.m.
Where: The Wharf
Get into the holiday spirit with carolers singing Christmas songs along the Wharf. Also, Santa will be hosting a meet-and-greet for those who still need to chat with the big man.
When: Millennium Stage
Where: 6 p.m.
Celebrate the season with the DC's official music genre! Listen to your favorite holiday classic songs with a go-go spin added to them.
When: 11 a.m.-4 p.m.
Where: Goodwin Park in Seat Pleasant, MD
Skate along in a winter wonderland this weekend at the Winter Wonderland Festival. Enjoy live music, free hot chocolate and other snacks. Never skated before or need a quick refresher? Free beginner lessons will be offered!
When: 1 p.m.
Where: Marvin Gaye Park
Spend time with the community at the Holiday Festival! Enjoy food, drinks and crafts from local businesses along with beautiful Christmas lights and a tree lighting ceremony.
Sunday, December 22
When: 3:15-5:45 p.m.
Where: The Ellipse
Start off the Hanukkah season with the lighting of the National Menorah. Listen to live music, participate in various activities and more! It's the best way to start off the holiday.
When: 10 a.m.-10 p.m.
Where: The Ellipse
While you find yourself down at the Ellipse, spend time at the National Christmas Tree. Spend time to view each individual state's Christmas tree decorated by students all across the country and in various US territories.
