DC police is looking for 15-year-old Niesha Henderson. She was last seen in the unit block of Rhode Island Avenue Northwest, on Wednesday, February 14, 2018.
Niesha is described as a black female with a medium brown complexion. She is 5’5” in height, 119 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.
