DC police is looking for 13-year-old Shania Howard, who was last seen in the 1400 block of Bangor Street, Southeast, on Friday February 16, 2018.
Howard is described as a black female, with a light complexion, 5’3” in height, 135 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair.
Howard was last seen wearing black jeans, a blue sweat shirt, an army green coat, and white tennis shoes.
