WASHINGTON -- Police are searching for a man in connection with a sexual abuse that happened on Saturday in Northeast, D.C.
The sexual abuse happened around 10:57 p.m. in the 1900 block of Bladensburg Road in Northeast. Metropolitan police said the suspect went up to the victim and engaged in sexual contact without the victim's permission.
Police described the suspect as a black man with a dark complexion. He is between the ages of 20 and 25. He ia 5'8" tall and has black hair in dreads.
