A DC native makes it far on American Idol. Austin Bisnow who's described as a mix between college jock and a sensitive artistic guy sang John Mayer's "Bigger Than My Body." The episode aired this week. All four judges thought Austin was too arrogant to make the cut. He's not going to Hollywood, but Austin plans to use his music to help. He says all proceeds of his song "One Heart" on iTunes will go to the American Red Cross to help Haiti.

Jessica Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, now Taylor Swift? There are reports that singer John Mayer is dating the 20-year-old Grammy winner. Rumors say that they may be taking their friendship to the next level but when Us Magazine asked Swift if she was dating the guitar wheeling stud, she neither confirmed nor denied.
