Barry will form in the Gulf Of Mexico, Hurricane Watches issued for Louisiana Coast
The latest forecast has Tropical Storm Barry strengthening into a hurricane before landfall, Hurricane and Tropical Storm Watches have been issued for the southeast Louisiana coast.
