Heat index over 100° Monday with isolated storms
The hot weather sticks around for most of the work week -- and eventually storm coverage increases.
Monday will be partly cloudy, hot and humid with isolated to scattered PM showers and t-storms. Any storm that pops up could be locally heavy/strong. Highs reach the mid 90s with the heat index between 100 and 105, very close to 'Heat Advisory' criteria. Remember to stay hydrated, limit time outdoors in the afternoon, and never leave kids/pets in a car!
