Hurricane Michael making it hard to hire
Businesses in the area hit by Hurricane Michael are having to bus in employees from out of state just to fill basic staffing levels. Help wanted signs are everywhere, but there aren't enough potential employees who live in the area since the storm. With the hurricane damaging so many apartments and homes, the housing crisis is leading to an employee shortage.
