Storms Monday will bring flood and damaging wind threats
A front is stalled just north of the D.C. area, leaving us humid with several rounds of storms through most of this week.
Monday's storm threat ramps up in the afternoon and lasts into Monday evening with heavy rain likely and some storms that could turn strong or severe.
