I-66 deadly crash victim identified, drivers charged
We now know the name of the victim in a deadly crash that happened on I-66 this weekend. 28- year-old Joseph Castellano of McLean -- died at the scene of Saturday's chain reaction crash near Route 28 in Fairfax County. His wife remains hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. Eight vehicles -- including a tractor trailer that overturned -- were involved in the crash.
