Hogan orders flags at half-staff for fallen Maryland firefighter
This morning, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan ordered flags to be lowered to half-staff in memory of Firefighter Michael Powers of the Liberty-town Volunteer Fire Department. Powers died in the line of duty yesterday while responding to a car accident.
