It's winter's last gasp for air with a chance for a few light snow and rain mixed showers Monday as a weak area of low pressure moves across the area. Dry air has been winning for far with snow showing up on radar, but not reaching the ground in most areas. By the afternoon only a few isolated showers will linger.
