WASHINGTON (WUSA) — D.C. Police is seeking the public’s help locating a 13-year-old boy.
Police said Kelon Rafique was last seen in the 1300 block of Downing Place, Northeast, on Friday, April 13, 2018.
He is described as a black male, with a light complexion, 5’6” in height, 156 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, black shorts, and black sneakers.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kelon Rafique is asked to contact D.C. Police.
