FOUND: Woman with dementia from Montgomery County

Geraldine Williams, who also goes by Mary, was last seen at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11th.

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (WUSA9) — Geraldine Williams was found safe and unharmed, Montgomery Co. Police said Thursday evening.

Montgomery County Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a woman with dementia from Olney.

76-year-old Geraldine Williams, also goes by Mary, was last seen at about 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11th, in her home on Georgia Avenue by a family member.

Williams was reported missing about 12 hours later when it was discovered that she was no longer in the home.

She is described as being 5'5" tall and weighing 140 pounds. Williams has brown eyes and was last seen wearing a black, shoulder length wig with burgundy highlights. She is wearing a brown, floral print jacket, black shirt, black pants and white shoes.
