1 man dead, 2 others injured in 3 overnight DC stabbings

One man is dead and two others are injured after three stabbings in the District overnight, D.C. police said.

WASHINGTON (WUSA9) — One man is dead and two others are injured after three stabbings in the District overnight, D.C. police said.

The first stabbing happened around 8 p.m. on Thursday night in the 500 block of Parkland Place. A man suffered minor injuries after being stabbed in the right leg. Police are now searching for two suspects. One is described as a black male between 30 and 40 years old. He was wearing a black and white hoodie. The second female is described a short black female.

The second shooting happened around 12:20 a.m. Friday in the 600 block of Edgewood St. in Northeast. A man suffered from minor injuries after being stabbed. Police said he was conscious on the way to the hospital. No suspect information is available at this time.

The third stabbing happened around 2 a.m. in the unit block of Forrester Street in Southwest. Police said a man was found dead inside a home after being stabbed. No suspect information is available at this time.
