BRIO Tuscan Grille’s Mushroom Ravioli Di Bello

In honor of National Ravioli Day, we are sharing a very special recipe from BRIO Tuscan Grille!

We're celebrating National Ravioli Day with this delicious recipe from BRIO Tuscan Grille! Here's how you can make this at home!

INGREDIENTS:

6 ea. Mushroom Ravioli- Blanched

2 tbsp. Whole Unsalted Butter

4 oz. Sliced Crimini Mushrooms

1.5 oz. Vegetable Stock

2 oz. Alfredo

.5 tbsp. Champagne Vinegar

¼ tsp Fresh Thyme- Chopped

2 oz. Halved Grape Tomatoes

¼ tsp. Salt and Pepper

1 tbsp. Whole Unsalted Butter

DIRECTIONS:

Cook butter till brown and add mushrooms to sear.

Add bercy, champagne vinegar and thyme - Simmer.

Add tomatoes and salt and pepper.

Drain hot ravioli and mount with butter.

Garnish with Parmesano Reggiano and parsley.
