Arctic Blast Settles In
The cold, arctic air continues to settle in, and dangerous cold sets in Monday.
A Wind Chill Advisory is in effect as blustery winds and cold temperatures combine to drop wind chills below zero. Stay warm! Here are a few safety tips below.
Monday
Dr. Martin Luther King Day will be dry, but it will be brutally cold and windy. Temperatures in the morning will be in the 0s to low 10s with wind chills as low as -15.
The wind chill in DC could still be below zero as the MLK Parade is starting mid-day. Dress warmly in layers and limit exposed skin to the cold!
