WASHINGTON (WUSA) — Alberto has been downgraded to a subtropical depression as it moves through Alabama. The storm still poses a huge flooding risk as it moves further inland.
As it continue to move north, it will be swept up into another weather system that sends showers and storms towards the Metro later this week.
