WASHINGTON -- A very warm and humid air mass covers the region and it will be with us once again on Monday until a cold front pushes through in the afternoon.
Monday: Partly cloudy and hot, isolated p.m. showers and storms. High: 88.
Monday Night: Mostly clear, breezy and cooler. Low: 60.
Tuesday: Mostly sunny to partly cloudy, breezy and quite comfortable. High: 75.
A cold front arrives Monday bringing another chance of some showers and storms, especially in the afternoon east of D.C. Storms will be isolated to widely scattered. Outside of storms, Monday will be hot with highs in the mid to upper 80s. Behind that front, much cooler air will move in and Tuesday's highs will be a good 10 to 15 degrees cooler in the low to mid 70s.

The weather drys out and cools down by Tuesday. Highs on Tuesday will be in the low to mid 70s, ample sunshine, and low humidity will make Tuesday the nicest day of the week!
