Tuesday will be mostly sunny to partly cloudy, breezy and chilly with highs in the mid 40s. Wind chills will remain in the 20s and 30s all day.
In the aftermath of the rain over the weekend, river flooding is still ongoing but the Potomac River has crested in Georgetown and is now receding.
Wednesday will be one more dry day to savor with partly cloudy skies and highs around 50.

A wet pattern returns to finish the work week as a big low pressure system tracks into the Mid-Atlantic.
