While Americans are voting early in record-breaking numbers, voters in D.C., Maryland and Virginia have one more reason to physically go to the polls on Nov. 8. Companies are offering delicious deals and discounts for patrons flaunting their 'I voted' stickers.

Here's a few service companies and eateries dishing deals in your area:

Krispy Kreme (Maryland locations)

Krispy Kreme announced any guest wearing a sticker indicated he or she voted will receive one free doughnut of choice on Election Day. Complimentary doughnuts are available only in Maryland.


Uber announced Friday its partnership with Google to help take the stress out of voting. An in-app message will remind riders to vote and help them find a polling station nearest to them. First-time Uber riders can use the code VOTETODAY to get $20 off their ride.


Lyft is offering 45 percent off the the bill when riders travel to a polling station. New riders can use the promo code NOVEMBER8TH to get $5 off every ride for your first 10 rides.

Gold's Gym

With two dozen locations to choose from, pop over to a local Gold's Gym and get a free day of membership. Just flash your 'I vote' sticker.


The quick shop has been offering deals, like $1 coffee and $5 pizza, for the past month through their app. On Nov. 8, 7-Eleven is offering free cups of joe. The deal is available through their mobile app.

Nando's Peri-Peri Chicken

The African inspired restaurant is offering a regular side for free with the purchase of an entree. They don't require you to wear an 'I voted' sticker, "any lame sticker will do," the company wrote on its site.

Bob Evans

The chain is offering a 30 percent discount on dine-in or carryout items. Print the coupon out online or show it on your phone after 2 p.m. on Election Day.
