WASHINGTON — D.C. Police are asking for the public's help in searching for a missing teenager.
Police said Jayvaun Oryan Brown, 13, was last seen in the 100 block of 5th Street, Northeast.
He was last seen on February 21.
Police said Brown was reported missing on February 23.
Brown is 5'5", weighs 130 pounds and has short black hair and brown eyes. Police said he was last seen wearing a gray jacket and black skully hat.
