UPPER MARLBORO, Md. — Police need help locating a missing 13-year-old boy from Upper Marlboro, Md.
Ronald Hardy Jr. was last seen on Wednesday around 3:30 p.m. in the 12000 block of Sholton Street.
Police say he is 5’3” and weighs about 110 pound. He was last seen wearing a black bubble coat, black hoodie and blue pants.
