Detectives believe 37-year-old Fernando Nestorio is driving his gray, 2005 Honda Accord with Maryland tags: 89659CE.
Nestorio is a Hispanic male, 6′ 2″ tall and weighing 240 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes, and a goatee. Nestorio was last seen wearing a red, Portugal soccer jersey.
Police and family are concerned for Nestorio’s welfare.
