WASHINGTON -- D.C. police have located a critically missing 80-year-old Northeast man.
Ralph Miller was last seen in the 300 block of Bryant Street in Northeast on Friday.
Miller is described in a police report as a black male, with a dark complexion, 5-foot-9 inches tall, 180 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey hat, red shirt, Khaki pants and black shoes.
