NORBECK, Md. — Montgomery County police need your help locating a critically missing 24-year-old Norbeck area woman.
Police say Cassidy Chaplynn Norbets was last seen by her family around 7 p.m. April 13 at her home on Ashmont Terrace.
Norberts is described in a police report as an African-American female who is approximately 5-foot-3 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Police and family are concerned for Norberts’ physical and emotional welfare.
