DC Police search for elderly man missing for 5 days

WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating a missing 77-year-old man, last seen last week in SE D.C.

According to MPD, Winston Lewis was last seen in the 4300 block of Bowen Road SE on Wednesday, Oct.20.

Police describe Lewis as a black male, with a bald head, brown eyes, and two gold teeth in the front of his mouth. He is 5'10" and weighs approximately 160 pounds, police say. 

According to police, Lewis was last seen wearing a light-colored jacket with a light-colored sweater around his waist, and dark-colored shoes.

He may be in need of medication, says MPD. His case is considered critical.
