HANOVER, Md. -- A sales and marketing representative of a model home community died after police found him suffering from trauma while at work in Hanover, Maryland on Wednesday evening.

Around 5 p.m., officers went to the office of a model home sale center in the 7500 block of Newmanstown Drive and found 33-year-old Steven Bernard Wilson of Annapolis suffering from trauma.

Crews tried to assist Wilson, but he was pronounced dead.

Police said the evidence indicates Wilson's death was a homicide.

An autopsy will be performed on Thursday by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner to determine the exact cause and manner of death.

Police said this is a very active and fluid investigation.
